Sports Car fever: Mercedes-Benz SLR

Hi people, haven't update for a long time! For our next project, we were asked to make a model of a car of our choice >////< However I'm not the type of girl that is interested in cars = =|||| so I asked my boyfriend what to make, and this is what he suggested me!  Mercedes-Benz SLR ... It is a hard car to make, even my modeling teacher Joe asked me if I'm certain on this decision, but I am pretty determined to make this model.

I understand it's probably too hard for me, because I am such a beginner in 3D software, but for some reason I wanted to give it a try. I guess... I'm just not the type of person that would choose something easy and just try to get through the project. I wanted something challenging for myself so I can improve from doing it... I mean.. isn't that the whole point of all these projects and practices?

I do want to improve, and I am not the girl that is satisfied with an "above-average", I have my ambition, and I'm ready to work hard for it.

So... the project was.. quite successful, not that its perfect or anywhere close to those top student in the class are making, but I really worked hard on it. Every mistake I made, every critique I listened I learnt something new. From this I improved a lot, but yet I have much more to learn, I'm really excited of what I am going to learn next! さあ~! ここへ来い! 私は負け ないぞ!
